岗位职责：
1、对机房的能基设备、网络和服务器硬件进行定期巡检和其他例行工作处理。
2、根据数据中心管理制度对相关服务请求进行流程的发起、跟进、直至处理完毕。
3、根据经验和专业技能，对相关故障进行初步判断，并与二线团队配合彻底解决问题。
4、参与定期会议，按标准记录工作过程和编写巡检报告。
5、能够接受早晚排班，确保团队7*24小时不间断服务。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，2年及以上机房数据中心运维经验。
2、熟练操作机房常见设备，如网络设备、服务器的上下架、网络跳线调整等。
3、熟悉数据中心机房的运转流程和相关安全操作的标准。
4、良好的沟通能力和文档编辑能力、服务意识、熟悉ITTL服务框架优先考虑。
