职位描述：
1.和组长一起，管理技术员的操作并监督其表现，确保根据计划有效地进行了预防性维护和改正性行动
2.监督协调所有参与装修、修复和维护、医院设施的增加和调整的员工
3.管理和设施维护、维修、运营、翻新、改造相关的工作
4.在设施运营部经理不在时代管其职能
5.根据时间表完成预防性维护时间表、一览表和维修维护工作
6.能在管理进行装修、修复和维护工作中采取推进者的角色，并与承包商协调实现最想得到的结果并按时完成
7.证据显示在管理项目工作和运营方面都显示出领导才能，不会在设施运营部经理不在场时影响医院的运营
8.协助确定医院主体结构内需要的添加和翻新的重大项目，获取预算报价并提交资本与设备申请以获批
9.通过监管和代理进行工作计划的优先排序，确保时刻将病人关护和舒适放在首位
10.与下属合作确保所有设备保持运转状态
11.协助准备并维持所有设备的预防性维护程序，确保日程得到遵守，向设施运营经理报告影响医院运营的重大设备故障
12.评估员工的表现，提出升迁、降职、解聘等，取决于设施运营经理的批准
13.确保与供应商和承包商就要完成的工作和要采购的设备进行有效的沟通和协调
14.制定年度保养计划并实施
15.准备定期（周/月/年）报告
16.管理外包的各供应商、承包商，编制与维修、改造等工作相关的图纸、技术说明、招标文件和合同文件
17.进行设施运营经理或更高级领导要求的其他任务
职位要求：
1.本科学历或以上，电气工程或相关专业
2.至少10年的强弱电以及有关的物业领域工作经验，尤其是医院行业的经验
3.至少2－3年的主管工作经验优
