岗位职责：
1、负责小区机电设备安装和调试工作。
2、负责管理区域弱电系统（如对讲，监控，消防及报警系统，消防联系系统，楼宇自控系统及其它设备电控制设备）的技术维护和管理。
3、编制维护计划，运行管理方案，节能降耗措施的制定和实施，确保各项设备的正常运行。
4、定期对设备进行维修，保养项目进行检查及设备档案资料的管理。
5、完成上级交办的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，机电，电动化，电子维修等相关专业，有电工证，初级工程师证，具有3年以上弱电工作经验者优先。
2、热爱并认同物业行业，熟悉物业行业设施设备监测及控制要求，对强弱电设备等技术维修有丰富的现场维修经验。
3、责任心强，有良好的职业道德和服务意识，团队协作意识。
